Order Processing Time

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so at any time before your order has been shipped, provided it is within the cancellation period specified on our website. Order Cancellation

If you submit a cancellation request before your order has shipped and within the allowable cancellation period indicated on our website, your order may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may initiate a return after receiving your package.

Return Conditions

You may return your purchase within 30 days of the date you received the item, no questions asked, provided the following conditions are met:

  • All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, components, and accessories included.

Return Instructions

Shipping Fees for Returns

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Refund Process
